Terms and Conditions of Service:

 Terra Mobile Tap – Mobile Tap Trailer

Effective Date: 1/25/2025

Booking and Payment

- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

- The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the event

- Events booked within 30 days of the service date require full payment at booking.

- Accepted payment methods: Debit, Credit, Paypal

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the event to avoid full charges.

- The initial deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

- If canceled less than 30 days before the event, the full amount is due

Alcohol Service Policy

- Alcohol service will only be provided to guests aged 21 and over with valid ID.

- We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or acts inappropriately.

- Client is responsible for ensuring all guests follow local and state alcohol laws.

Permits & Licensing

- Terra Mobile Tap carries the necessary state permits for beverage service.

- The client is responsible for securing any venue-specific permits or permissions if required.

Venue Requirements

- The Client must provide clear access for the trailer (flat ground, vehicle access, etc.).

- Our trailer dimensions are 5'X12'X6', and we require 6'X7'.

Weather & Force Majeure

- Our service operates rain or shine, but severe weather may limit or halt service for safety reasons.

- We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, accidents).

Damage & Liability

- The Client is responsible for any damages caused to the trailer or equipment by guests or venue staff.

- We carry general liability insurance, but Terra Mobile Tap is not responsible for injuries or incidents outside of our control.

Client Responsibilities

- Ensure all required permits, parking space, and access are in place before the event.

- Provide guest count, event timing, and any service preferences at least 14 days before the event.

- Ensure a safe environment for our staff and equipment.

Photography & Social Media

- Terra Mobile Tap may take photos or videos at your event for marketing purposes.

- Let us know in writing before the event if you do not consent to media use.

Agreement

- By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms
